Job Description:
As a Claims Manager, you will manage Property and Casualty
claims from initial assignment to resolution directly and supervise
various Third-Party Administrators or outside counsel, as
applicable, while supporting various administrative functions
across multiple liability lines of business under the guidance of
the Director of Risk Management. This also includes overseeing
complex litigated Workers' Compensation claims as needed, in
collaboration with the Assistant Risk Manager. By managing
intricate insurance claims with responsibility and ethical
practices, you will significantly impact the organization and
ensure the highest claims management and resolution standards.This
is a demanding role within a high-performing team. You will
demonstrate significant initiative, a proactive approach to
tackling challenges, and a drive for excellence in risk
management.
