America Sports Marketing team is responsible for the creation and
execution of our athlete and ambassador strategy, inclusive of
relationship management, ambassador casting, product seeding,
activations and campaign activity across NA. NA Sports Marketing
sits within the broader Community team which is also comprised of
the NA Events and NA Community organizations who work in
partnership with myriad cross functional partners to build
meaningful local relationships, to engage our ambassadors and
talent through relevant activations and to further lululemon's
commitments within diversity and inclusion.a day in the life: what
you'll do
- Execute the entertainment marketing strategy for NA
- Build and manage the talent pipeline to fuel our ambassador
programs and business goals
- Host ambassadors and pipeline talent on location for campaign
and content capture, events and competitions
- Manage relationships with industry influencers, communities,
and insiders within entertainment marketing wholistically.
- Innovate and evolve programs to continue to attract and retain
best in class talent across NAqualifications
- 5+ years working in sports, or entertainment marketing
- Possesses an expert understanding of entertainment marketing
within North America
- Is a seasoned relationship manager, experienced in managing
high profile talent
- Is an excellent communicator who can manage difficult
conversations with ease and who has demonstrated experience
enrolling leaders in vision and strategy
- Has a proven ability to drive results through highly cross
functional project teammust haves

Benefits Packagelululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in
a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this
position is from $103,500 - $135,900 USD annually; the base pay
offered is based on market location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As
part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this
position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program
