About the Company
A leading premium streaming service offering live and on-demand TV
and movies, with and without commercials, is seeking an Associate
Manager, Ad Operations to join its Marketing team. Operating at the
intersection of entertainment and technology, the company connects
viewers with the stories they love and continues to redefine the
streaming experience through innovation and creativity.
Role Summary
This role supports numerous high-profile marketing campaigns,
ensuring proper ad operations execution. The Associate Manager, Ad
Operations, will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end,
trafficking tags, distributing audiences, implementing pixels, and
maintaining accurate reporting and measurement across paid and
owned campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and
organizational skills, a passion for streaming entertainment, and a
keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities - What You'll Do
Document all incoming and outgoing campaigns, audiences, and pixel
requests
Implement end-to-end campaign tracking, tagging, and trafficking to
ensure proper measurement of key media performance indicators
Manage the tag library and pixel implementation
Enhance attribution models to optimize cross-channel measurement
across digital, CTV, and linear marketing efforts
Work with internal and external partners to build and distribute
first-party data and target niche audiences
Troubleshoot and collaborate with ad hoc support teams to resolve
implementation issues
Ensure all marketing solutions comply with data privacy laws
Basic Qualifications - What to Bring
4-6 years of relevant work experience in Ad Operations
Strong knowledge of attribution modeling, data pipelines, and media
measurement
Expertise in marketing platforms such as LiveRamp, Tealium,
AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google
Tag Manager
Experience working across the Google tech stack, including DV360,
SA360, and CM360
Familiarity with key media partners such as Meta, Snap, TikTok,
Adelphic, The Trade Desk, and YouTube
Experience with JavaScript (JS), HTML, and CAPI integrations
Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and their impact on media
buying
Knowledge of acquisition strategy, media metrics, and
direct-to-consumer and/or subscription-based businesses
Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,
Looker)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic
environment
Flexibility, proactiveness, and a collaborative team player
mentality

Experience in the entertainment industry
Media agency experience
Education
BA or BS degree required
***Hybrid role (2 days per week onsite; possibly transitioning to 4
days onsite in June)***
3 month contract (potential to extend)
