This role involves developing and executing staffing strategies to optimize scheduling and resource allocation. The candidate will collaborate with Finance to create robust forecasting models for headcount and attrition. Identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality will be a key responsibility. The role includes partnering with the analytics team to build dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Minimum Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, analytics, and vendor management.
• Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to assess ROI and drive cost efficiencies.
• A strategic, data-driven mindset and a passion for operational excellence.
