Job Description:
A company is looking for a Subcontracts Program Manager to
support the Service Management, Integration, and Transport
contract.
Key Responsibilities
Manage subcontracting activities to ensure alignment with program
objectives and compliance with federal regulations
Serve as the primary liaison for subcontractor issues and
coordinate resolution of disputes
Conduct program reviews and status meetings to monitor performance
milestones and compliance
Required Qualifications
Active DoD Secret clearance required
BA degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or a Master's
degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience
Strong background in subcontract management, including negotiation
and performance management
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Solid understanding of the subcontract lifecycle from proposal to
closeout
