  • Job Details
  • 1 year recent exp in specialty
  • Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
  • EPIC experience required
  • LA Fire card must get within 30 days (can sub without)
  • Orientation Details: There are no orientations for this position, please make sure candidates are comfortable working
  • Charting system: Epic
  • 3-month separation
  • Candidate is responsible for completing up to 10 hours of Providence and specialty specific modules, independently before candidate will be cleared to work

    • Neonates 24+ weeks
    • Management of ventilated patient
    • Arterial line management
    • Umbilical/central line management
    • Recognition and management of dysrhythmias
    • Management of IV drips
    • Tube feeding
    • Neonatal abstinence syndrome (withdrawal) protocol
    • Isolation precautions
    • ECMO preferred
    • ICP Monitoring preferred
    • Attend high-risk deliveries preferred
    • Computerized documentation
    • Nurse to patient ratios 1:1 - 2+
      • Schedule Information
      • 12-hour shifts
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Required Experience: Neonates 24+ weeks, Management of ventilated patient, Arterial line management, Umbilical/central line management, Recognition and management of dysrhythmias, Management of IV drips, Tube feeding, Neonatal abstinence syndrome (withdrawal) protocol, Isolation precautions, ECMO preferred, ICP Monitoring preferred, Attend high-risk deliveries preferred, Computerized documentation, Nurse to patient ratios 1:1 - 2+, Preferred: STABLE
