OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager of
Site Merchandising to drive our day-to-day merchandising strategy
and execution. This role will lead a high-performing team of
data-driven site merchandisers to optimize our online
merchandising, improve the customer journey, and maximize
conversion rates. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the
Senior Manager will be responsible for monitoring site metrics,
identifying trends, and implementing data-backed improvements to
boost product discoverability and overall site experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Director of Site Merchandising to develop and execute
data-backed merchandising strategies to drive growth and elevate
the site experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as
conversion rates, traffic, and revenue to identify opportunities
for improvement and optimization.
- Analyze digital customer demand to provide data-driven insights
and forecasts to buying and allocation teams.
- Work closely with teams across marketing, creative, design,
merchandising, digital product and planning teams to ensure site
merchandising efforts align with broader business goals.
- Oversee the execution of product launches, ensuring that
product pages, categories, and landing pages are optimized based on
analytical insights.
- Keep up with industry trends and customer behavior, using data
to inform merchandising strategies and improve customer
engagement.
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau,
Heap) to monitor site performance, create dashboards, and provide
actionable insights.
- Mentor and guide a team of site merchandising professionals,
fostering a culture of curiosity & data-driven
decision-making.
- Lead the execution and analysis of A/B tests to improve site
functionality, product placement, and customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce, or
digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a
related field.
- Proficiency in web tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics,
Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of
leveraging data to drive decision-making and performance
improvements.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and
international.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability
to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.
