Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Advise cross-functional teams on healthcare regulatory issues and
legal risks
Manage the FDA, DEA, and state board of pharmacy licensing
processes and ensure compliance
Oversee the company's product complaint and recall process, and
conduct internal investigations as needed
Required Qualifications
Law Degree from an accredited ABA law school
Minimum of five to eight years of experience in the legal field
Proven supervisory experience and industry-specific knowledge
Demonstrated ability to draft clear and complex policies and
procedures
Strong research skills and commitment to confidentiality of
sensitive information
