Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal with extensive knowledge of
post-judgment collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with post-judgment enforcement strategies,
including wage garnishments, bank levies, and asset
investigations
Draft and file legal documents such as motions and applications for
renewal of judgments
Conduct legal research related to enforcement of judgments and
maintain compliance with California legal standards
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a paralegal, focusing on post-judgment
collections
Extensive knowledge of California civil procedure and debt
collection laws
Experience with wage garnishments, bank levies, and debtor
examinations
Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management
software
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases
simultaneously
