A company is looking for an Insurance Call Center Support Representative.



Key Responsibilities:

Responding promptly to inbound customer calls in a fast-paced call center environment
Documenting customer interactions accurately and processing requests through various communication methods
Collaborating with team members and customers to address service issues and maintain data integrity


Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or G.E.D
Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
Familiarity with organizational functions, computer software, and help desk software
Home Office High Speed Internet required
MS Office basic experience required
