Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist I to join
their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
Assess customer issues and provide accurate support to exceed
expectations
Maintain professionalism and adhere to department performance
goals
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing
needs
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to navigate
multiple applications
Weekend availability on Saturday and Sunday is a must
